What do you think of Luna's leadership style ?

History can have as many versions as there are historians. Experiments have shown that even eyewitnesses can have an inaccurate recollection events.

So, let us just base this discussion on  the movie Heneral Luna and the Wikipedia biography, which is close enough to the film.

Did Antonio Luna have the right leadership qualities? Will his style work both in the battlefield and in the peacetime office ?
